The things that, we think, set us apart. As we’ve grown, expanded our reach, and enriched the experience we offer, these beliefs have never wavered, and continue to be the compass that guides us forward.

The Arctic and Antarctica aren’t places to travel to. They’re places to experience, up close and personal, as often and as intimately as possible. Everything we provide, offer, and do – both on board and off – is in the service of this perspective.
Core Belief #2: Our People Make All the Difference
Any number of ships can take you to the Arctic or Antarctica. But how you experience these places will depend largely on the team you travel with. Our expedition team is not only one of the most experienced and knowledgeable teams in polar waters; they’re also some of the nicest, most helpful, and fun people to be exploring with.

On board and off, an informal community spirit pervades everything we do, guests and on-board team alike. We love to compare photographs and videos, we all eat together, we’ll share a few laughs – you might even make a few new friends for life.
